Most items are naturally gluten free! Servers were knowledgeable about what could be made without gluten. The attieke (fermented cassava cous cous) is naturally gluten free, as are most of the stews. Split the Yassa Guinar (chicken stew) and Dibi Senegal (grilled lamb chops) both with attieke.
I didn’t ask about cross contamination, but didn’t get sick! Will be back
