Review of Cafe Tandoor

So delicious. A great, yummy, stress free experience. Menu says WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDERS, PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES. I let my server know I was gluten free and he came over to explain all my options. My only appetizer choice was the vegetable grill - I was a bit bummed I couldn’t have my usual tomato soup and the rest of the table ordered the sampler platter, but everyone ended up saying mine was better! It showed because they all wanted seconds :). Most main dishes are gluten free so we could all share and pick whatever interested us. Shajahani Curry and the Navaratana Curry paneer stood out as the clear favorites and were gone by the end of the meal. The only other thing you can’t have is naan, but surprisingly I didn’t miss it too much. I tried the rice pudding for dessert, which was flavorful and interesting but I wouldn’t get it again.
