They cook all pasta and veggies using clean pots. They place the pizza in a pan to avoid cross contamination. Only two gluten containing items on the menu are meatballs and the chicken parmigiana.
You can select gluten free pasta for any dish on the menu. I went for the pesto pasta with andouille sausage and broccoli. It was absolutely delicious. Great quality and generous portions as well.
