Both times we went, the staff was very aware of what our kids could eat and couldn't and it was absolutely no problem to change the meals a bit in order to make it GF. We didn't see it but they said they changed the gloves and I am sure they did. They have all sorts of mexican dishes. So the first time the kids had a kind of quesadilla with corntorrilla and the second time we ordered a big bowl with all sorts of stuff and c-tortillas at the side. I also saw huevos rancheros on the menue. AND they have three cakes as desert and they are all GF and all of them we're DELICIOUS. Unfortunately and fortunately at the same time our kids don't feel it If there is cross-contamination. So we can't really say anything about cross-contamination.
