Good GF pizza. They have GF wraps. My go-to are the GF pizzas, salads with chicken skewer, hummus with side of veggies. We eat at Cafesano at least once a week and I have never had an issue or felt ill afterwards. I’ve taken my niece who also has celiac to this location and she was also fine and loved the food. This is a terrific place for lunch or dinner. The restaurant it bright and clean and service is terrific. Definitely recommend.
We have had good luck with celiac safety at this location (never been to the Reston one…the reviews for that location are bad.) My daughter ordered a gluten free wrap sandwich. The wrap sandwich was soft and didn’t fall apart— it actually made us nervous it might not be GF by its appearance, but we confirmed with staff and my sensitive daughter didn’t get sick afterwards. I wish they would put an allergy toothpick or something on the meal when serving it so we didn’t spend the meal second guessing whether it was GF or not since we didn’t order a gluten-containing wrap as comparison. Apparently their fries are in a separate fryer, so those were fine too.
Pizza and falafel are good! Offer veggies instead of bread for dips.

Gluten free menu. Can sub vegetables for the pita. I had a delicious steak kebab platter. Lots of options and they seemed knowledgeable. Cute place.
