Gluten free pizza is not exactly gluten free. I asked the person making the pizza and he would not recommend for Celiac disease as they all share the same surface. His exact words, "Gluten free for preference, okay. For Celiac, not good."
Was so excited because this is seriously one of the best “gluten free” crusts I’ve ever had. There must be some cross contamination going on because within an hour of eating I had the worst stomach ache and it continued through the night and into the next day. So sad, but this pizza is not celiac-friendly :(
Def the best Gf pizza in north park but yes cross contamination could happen.

Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve tried. I don’t think it is celiac safe as the wood fired pizza oven is shared with other pizzas. I only have an intolerance and it didn’t make me sick!
