Review of Caffeinated Cow

Ice cream should be fairly easy for someone with celiac but they had none of their allergen info posted. When I asked what flavors were gluten free the staff told me their vegan cookie flavor was made with gluten free cookies. After ordering it for my daughter, who has celiac, we sat down and I googled the Liks brand for allergen info and found it absolutely was NOT gluten free. Kicking myself for trusting the servers and not checking before the first bite! Post your allergen info! The company makes it available it is not that hard!
