The pizza was delicious!
They had procedures to prevent cross contact with wheat flour. Clean gloves, dedicated gluten free wood paddle, separate utensils, and they used a different side of the oven for my pizza than they did for the regular pizza.

The food was amazing and the gf pizza tasted like real wood fire pizza, they have their own gf wood pizza holders when you order.

If you are sensitive to cross contamination don't try it. I am lucky to not be because it is really a good gluten free crust. Best I've had next to Don Antonio's in New York City. They keep the crusts packaged and separate, but after that it comes into contact with flour all over the place.

Not safe for celiacs. Had planned to eat here but went up to the prep counter and it was flour covered. Flour was floating in the container of sauce and on other toppings.
Not safe for Celiacs at all. Set up as a build your own pizza, topping contaminated, every surface covered in flour and cooked in the same oven with no tray.
