I would recommend that you do not go to this place if you are looking for an allergy-friendly restaurant. I went out of my way to bring my brother to this place because of the good reviews about how well they handled allergies, and I was extremely disappointed. He has gluten, dairy, and soy allergies, and there were multiple things on the menu that he was able to eat. However, when he asked if they were able to try and prevent cross-contact, they told him that they could not do anything to avoid cross-contamination, and then refused to serve him. This was extremely inconvenient, rude, and surprising given the good reviews. I will not be returning.

One of the few real hamburgers I’ve had since diagnosed with celiac. I didn’t do the ordering but had no problems and my bun was not grilled. Best guess is it’s an Udi’s bun. Fries are made in a dedicated fryer and were very good. We sat outside and played count the Prius cars!

Our go-to for safe gluten free burgers/buns and fries. Daughter who is a sensitive celiac has not had a problem here yet.

You *have* to tell them that you have celiac or they will just say the gluten free burger is gluten free. But the bun is toasted with regular buns and there’s cross contamination

Tasty burgers and fries. Dedicated fryer. My son who has celiac has eaten here with no problem. Make sure to let staff know of your celiac or gluten allergy and they’ll make accommodations. We love this place!
Very good hamburgers. Large portions too! Our son has celiac disease and they were really considered towards him. He had a hamburger and they knew exactly that the gluten-free bun couldn’t be toasted because of cc. And he loved that he could eat the fries! I would definitely go back here.

Delicious food! They were very knowledgeable about celiac and offered options so I wouldn’t get cross contamination. They only have one toaster but didn’t toast my bun and left it on the wrapper jt comes in. Safe visit and would visit again.

I eat at Calibur about 3 or 4 times a month. They are very knowledgeable in regards to Celiac and what our needs are. The vegan fries here are celiac safe and they offer lettuce wraps. However if you are OK without having a toasted bun (because the toaster would be a source of cross contamination), they offer gluten free buns (sealed separately…pretty awesome) as well! They are always helpful and willing to listen to my requests.

We had a very knowledgeable staff member (and one that new less): gf burger can be safe as well as the fries. They weren‘t too sure if the house sauce was ok, but you can have mustard, mayo and/or ketchup. gf bun is toasted in same toaster/oven as regular buns, but they served me mine separate and still packaged. Regular fries are safe (beef tallow fries are not). Burger was juicy and tasty and the bun was great too!

Best GF burger I've found in the city. High quality beef and the bun is tasty. Plus, you can add bacon and egg for extra deliciousness. And their garlic fries are great too. Not cheap, but so worth it!
GF bun available, burgers are organic/grass fed meat and huge. French fries are perfect. Great for an all-American lunch!
