I eat the Skagit hash and the GF triple berry muffin. I have never gotten sick from that. You cannot do the bread here as it’s sliced on a shared slicer and toasted in a shared toaster.

The use the same toaster to toast gf bread and gluten bread. I informed them both times I had celiac and didn't mind not having food if there was a high chance of cross contamination and I was assured everything would be fine. Both times I was sick.

I tried this place for the first time abut a week ago, I talked with my waitor about the severity of my celiac disease and he assured me that he will make notes and that everything will be made on a freshly cleaned grill, I was very relived. When my omelet with gf toast came out I double checked that everything was made without cross contamination, he assured me again and seemed to be getting annoyed. I have been extremely sick for about a week now. Called this place and they told me that the store slice and toast their gluten free bread with regular bread, very frustrating experience!

I have always loved going here, good food and some tasty gluten free labeled options. Caution though - do not order the gluten free bread as a side. The waitress informed me that while the bread is gluten free, it is cooked in the same toaster as normal bread. If you avoid the bread, it is wonderful. Helpful that the staff informed me. Just mention you are celiac.

UNSAFE for celiac. The food is amazing if you’re just on a diet. I had reactions time and time again eating there and didn’t know why. The staff didn’t think to inform me that they slice their gf bread on the same slicer as the regular bread.. without cleaning in between! (Yes I’m that sensitive.) and the cooks didn’t realize it’s not okay to use the same sandwich spread either. Either ignorance or complete disregard for cross-contamination precautions. This is the same for both of their locations.

Very restricted diet as my wife has celiac. Had the salmon scramble with country potatoes and gluten free while greasing bread with jam. It was amazing. Always love finding new options.
So many gluten free options but the bread was the worst gf bread I've had, tasteless, mushy and fell apart. My daughter and I reacted to something in the bread which we never have before. And for all that they didn't adjust our bill, which was very expensive.
Lots of options and home made gluten free bread (shocked cuz it looked normal and made me feel normal) clam chowder was chunky and flavorful
After talking with server to get a feel for risk of xcontamination felt comfortable eating here. Got sick anyway due to xcontamination. Was delicious though!

The food was excellent. I had the Washington Turkey Sandwich and my son had the Kids Cheese Burger. Neither of us had any issues afterwards. The service wasn't great (a bit cranky), but I can live with that if the food doesn't make me sick.

While a little expensive, they do have a great GF breakfast and lunch menu that can cater to any dietary need. They make most everything fresh in-house, so special requests are very easy for them to graciously accommodate.
Great selection of food and very tasty.

Never thought I could have clam chowder again. So yummy! So many other GF options. I recommend if traveling through
Along with Trumpeter's Public House, my other favorite place in Mt. Vernon. Many GF options. My favorite is the Clam Chowder with GF Whole Grain Bread. (See photo). Literally everything on the menu is excellent!! They always have GF Carrot Cake.
Excellent Food! We have not had this many choices eating out since we have been gluten free! I wish I didn't live 3 hours away!
Very good food! Many GF options. They not only have GF bread for sandwiches but serve GF bread with soups. Usually have 2 or 3 GF soups every day. Breakfasts are fabulous but come with your patience because it's a very popular place! Can purchase GF breads to take home. I recommend the Whole Grain GF. It tastes like a rye bread and doesn't fall apart when you slice it.
not a dedicated GF facility, but had a wonderful GF 3 berry muffin, cute atmosphere, only has GF bread for their sandwiches
I ate here twice in 4 day period! Great meals, clean and safe for celiacs!! The Italian scrambled eggs with lots of potatoes was delicious and filling! Lunch had the clam chowder with sautéed onions and potatoes and generous amt of clams was delicious!! I had a gf toasted bread club layered with Turkey and bacon! Outstanding! Bought 4 giant gf cookies, gingerbread and snickerdoodles! Scrumptious!!!

Informed a family member they were buying gluten free cookies. Severe reactions with both celiac members of my family. Huge health setbacks, I am outright angry at this establishment.
