Caliente Pizza & Draft House

They now have a gluten friendly pizza and it is delicious. It is not the frozen thin pizza crust that most places have these days but more of a pan pizza. It's is not gluten free and cross contaminated can happen. But a great option for those that are not as sensitive. I have had it twice now with no reaction

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Both their website and menu list all of their fries as GF so I went there. When I talked to a waitress she said everything was fried in a shared frier.

They do have salads which are GF but was looking for a late night snack.
