California Fish Grill

So when I walked in, I asked about the tortillas for tacos. I know most places are good but I knew that that had a different style of tortilla so I asked. She first said yes it is GF. Then I asked about her having a GF oil fryer for the Sweet potato fries. She said yes. She walked over to the tortilla bag and was looking at the ingredients, And told me actually they are NOT GF. So I changed my order to Grilled Sea Bass with No seasoning but have the Garlic Butter with Cauliflower rice and sweet potato fries.

As we were leaving my husband noticed that they had one fryer but didn’t tell me till the next day when I was experiencing my symptoms. Mild Gas/Diarrhea/ slight cramping. Then he was like y yeah babe. They only had one fryer and she lied. It maybe GF but the fryer wasn’t. :(

I wish people took it seriously 😒 😔

I wont go again anyways because they had a Fly/ Gnat Infestation.

We get the Swai with garlic butter sauce. For sides we have rice and beans. If celiac do not get fries as they do not have a dedicated fryer.
