Review of California Pizza Kitchen

Eaten here probably close to one hundred times with 2 diagnosed family members with Celiac. Never had a problem - not one!! You need to ask for their GF menu and order from it. California Pizza Kitchen was trained by GIG and rolled out their GF menu October 2013. They have 4 pizzas - all excellent. The cauliflower crust is incredible! If you order cauliflower crust - needs to be one of the pizzas from the GF menu. The GF crust tastes more delicious to me than their regular crust. My celiac family members have dined here many many times successfully. CPK understood what needed to be done and the food was delicious!!! Well done!
