Review of California Pizza Kitchen

They are very aware of the difference between a wheat allergy and Celiac's. Any pizza can be made on a gluten free crust, but they have a septate (smaller) list of pizzas that are prepared using certified procedures/ingredients that are safe for Celiac's! I've eaten here several times and have never gotten sick!
