Review of California Pizza Kitchen

Good pizza! They have 4 types of pizza that are prepared in a GIG certified method in a separate area that we were able to see from our table. They had a separate refrigerator and prep area, the cook wore gloves to prepare it, and placed the pizza on a special pan/tray to help protect it from cross-contamination when they insert and remove it from the oven. You can get other toppings on a GF crust, outside of the 4 GIG ones, but those toppings are taken from the regular prep area, so they are subject to cross-contamination. I only ordered fro the GIG certified list (I have celiac disease and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination). I had the BBQ chicken pizza and thought it was very good. Best of all, I did not get sick!
