California Tacos

My Son and I went to get street tacos the tortillas are corn and gluten free. I told the server that my son had a gluten allergy. She asked if he had celiac and I informed her that he did. She relayed this to the cooks who then cleaned the cooking surfaces. Tacos were great! My son did not have any adverse reaction.
