Review of Calypso Restaurant & Raw Bar

The owner said he went to great lengths to find the source/ingredients they use in their dishes. He made sure all the vinegars were GF, for example. Everything is made fresh. They have a GF menu so be sure to ask for it. Great food! The restaurant is a dive but would recommend it!
