Review of Calypso Restaurant & Raw Bar

Chuck, the owner, reports he spent many months researching GF sourcing. As well, he can accommodate all types of allergies. He used to run the kitchen so is very aware of procedures and the made from scratch recipes. Chuck has hand modified several standard menus for GF customers. They serve fresh fish, availability is based on what has been delivered that day. A variety of other meats, which I have not tried. I have eaten here twice with no ill effects. I am a celiac.
