Staff did not know what gluten really was but seemed eager to please. Waiter spoke to the chef and came back with salad, or grilled entrees, or "baskets" (chicken, shrimp, etc). I asked if the chicken was breaded and they said no, but it was fried? Shrimp also fried. So they didn't put 2 and 2 together that bread coating=gluten. I ended up getting grilled chicken with broccoli and cheese, with baked potato and corn. They did come back to make sure I could eat cheese. Anyway, I ended up with a safe meal because they were courteous, but very little knowledge of gluten or CC.
