We were in the middle of Montana, and needed to stop for lunch. I usually have somewhat good luck at organic markets. We discovered a sweet bakery/cafe that was family run serving many GF options. The manager explained that she is very gluten sensitive and assured me that our food would be prepared carefully. We had curried vegetables on rice and chicken kebabs. The amount of GF baked items were overwhelming….breads, cookies, cupcakes, hand pies. I’m celiac and had no reactions to what I ate. There were some non GF items, but the employees did a great job preventing cross-contamination. This cafe was attached to a small natural food/product coop. It was a wonderful find and such a treasure!
