I stayed here for 3 nights and can honestly say that I did not get glutened. I have celiac and I am very sensitive to cross contamination, and my daughter is as well. We notified the chef ahead of time and he was great about it. The menu had things clearly marked as GF. I was pretty conservative with what I ordered so I didn’t get anything out of a fryer or toaster. There was not an extensive amount of choices but I would rather be safe than sorry. The food that we did eat was top notch. I was very thankful for the experience. We caught a wahoo and the chef prepared it for us gluten-free. Overall a great experience for celiacs.
