GFI mentioned on menu. When I checked they confirmed separate fryer for anything listed as GFI. She said we can not list as GF if it were cooked in the same fryer ! (Finally someone gets it!).

I had buttermilk chicken strips and chips . Both great ) the chicken was amazing!) and no ill effects.
