They were not careful. No confidence even though they had gf bread. Sandwich had lots of meat and tasted ok. Nothing special.

Stopped in here because reviews on FMGF were good, but the guy behind the counter straight up told me "We have gluten free bread because it's popular but we take no precautions whatsoever." I asked if they could since I have celiac and the guy was very negative so I did not even try it. Disappointing, not sure if it's the one employee who won't do it or if they decided it's not worth the trouble to accommodate those of us who need a little extra service. My family said their food was good, including the GF bread my husband got.

Excellent homemade gluten free bread! They were super upfront that they would do everything they could, but couldn’t assure no cross contact. Grill is shared with all sandwiches so hot sandwiches are a no go! They also said the condiments came out of a big jar that they spread on everything, so I for mine without. They served lays with the sandwiches so GF. I ate a cold turkey sandwich and didn’t get sick and it was super yummy! The bread was the best part!

GF bread was excellent. Chips served with the sandwich are GF (unlike as stated in a prior review - I imagine they have changed their chips since then). Grill is used for both regular and GF bread so there is potential for cross-contamination with any hot sandwiches.

They make their own GF bread which was good, but we had to emphasize several times, to several people making the sandwiches, that the GF one needed to be prepared in a separate area. Also not sure if the wise potato chips they serve with the sandwiches are GF or not, so make sure to check or tell them to keep the chips separate. Otherwise, great sandwiches and a nice - if chaotic - spot.
great sandwiches on GF bread. very careful about cross contamination. great side salads.

Say they have gluten free home read but, they were out. Also, the chips that they sell are gf but not the chips that they serve with your meal. Not very knowledgeable about cross contamination.

The place is a great spot on Main Street with beautiful views of the harbor. While they do have gluten free bread, they were not super careful with the bread- no idea that the bread should be toasted in a different press or about changing their gloves. The man in charge was very nice about all my concerns but I settled on a lobster roll with lettuce.

Gluten free bread available for all their delicious sandwiches!
Food was excellent. Had GF breads for sandwiches and knowledgable on what soups were GF also. Highly recommend!
Discovered this gem while exploring Camden today. Not only do they have gf options, they have homemade gf bread that they could show us the ingredient list for! We have multiple food allergies on top of celiac in our family so eating out (even at gf friendly places) is very difficult sometimes. This bread fit all of our needs and tasted delicious! At the deli we could eat delicious sandwiches with pickles and chips while sitting on a patio overlooking Camden's amazing harbor! Nothing could beat it! Definitely a must try if you are in the area!
