No gluten free menu but several celiac employees. Staff is knowledgeable. Lots of options and very nice staff. I ordered the snapper special blackened with sweet potato fries from a dedicated fryer. Also tasted my husband’s She Crab soup (broth not cream) which is gluten free until you add the fried tortilla topping to it. So delicious, especially after a fun fan-boat tour, on a sunny day.

Camellia Street Grill was wonderful! I have a wheat allergy, peanut, hazelnut, sunflower seed, and tuna allergies. I told the manager this and she walked me through what I could have. They modified for me to meet my needs. I had grilled shrimp on rice with vegetables and a side salad. They had fresh veggies from their garden as well as fresh herbs in the salad that made it delicious!

Great dining experience! Staff can provide you gluten free options. I had the blackened mahi mahi with rice & grilled vegetables & herb salad. All the food was very good! They don’t mark items on the menu but they are happy to help. Our server did mention that they are trying to increase their offerings & they do have gf buns 😊

this place was so delicious and the staff was knowledgeable about celiac and knew what exactly was gluten-free and was not. Their sweet potato fries are fried in a separate fryer and are a MUST GET! I didn't get sick at all after the food

They can make grilled fish (i had grouper) on corn tacos. Tasted good. They were knowledgeable about what I could / couldn't have.

They knew exactly what was gf and were able to point out different things. One of their staff has celiac and they seem pretty knowledgeable to me. The food was delicious and we sat outside on their patio next to the water.

Menu is not marked, but staff directed me to either salads or tacos. I got the grouper tacos, they were DELICIOUS, grilled/blackened grouper on corn tortillas. The Garden Herb salad was my side item, and was also delicious! I would recommend this place as long as you order carefully. Great patio seating with a view of the water and air boats going by.

Fun little place but I wouldn’t recommend. No GF menu (you order at a counter) so you’re subject to the order-taker’s knowledge. Mine looked startled when I asked what I could have. Ultimately was told tacos or salads. Ordered a burger with no bun but they got that wrong anyway.

Stopped here for dinner while staying in Everglade City with our celiac daughter. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and said any of the fish (not fried) was safe. Also had good salads (gf). Ordered blackened grouper and veggies. Good quality food and no issues for her after eating. Would definitely go back. Was a little pricey though.

Corn tacos are available. The person who took my order seemed somewhat knowledgeable about gluten and patiently went over ingredients with me. Seems like the best bet in Everglades City gf option-wise.
Cute patio.

Really cute place on the water in Everglade City. Super friendly staff that were more than willing to work with me but they knew NOTHING of gluten/celiac. They seemed confused and just didn’t have an understanding of what did/didn’t have gluten. I ordered the chicken tacos because they said they had corn tortillas but when my food came out they were definitely flour tortillas. I went back and they still said they were corn, ended up just reordering ( got a bun-less burger). Super friendly place, great people but definitely a place to avoid for us gluten-free folk :)
