I saw a review for 2 days ago so I went. The manager guy told me all seasoning has a may contain traces of wheat warning on it and is on all the meat and the beans. He must have checked after the last customers came in and asked the right questions… There really isn’t much left. White rice… a salad… One server was telling me contradictory things about what had gluten until the manager came out. He made me a salad without croutons. The One server guy said they can make me a chicken breast in the back without the seasoning. They do try to accommodate. I went early on a weeknight so the buffet wasn’t super disturbed so I felt ok eating from it. With trace amounts I usually don’t get really sick for 2 days except for gas gurgles in my stomach area… and I have those. I tasted most things I could and was not really impressed. They had flan and some grapefruit flavored and chocolate flavored custard desserts that were gluten free. I would not eat here again.

Loved the attention, they even called the chef to instructed me what was gluten, milk and what was cross contaminated. Loved I was able to eat almost everything. I feel good, no symptoms.

I did not talk to any servers, it is an all you can eat place and there is a high-risk of cross contamination BUT my food tested gluten free all the times I were there. I had Brazilian salsa, potato salad, rice, beans and steak with onions.
