The pizza crust is NOT gluten free, it is low gluten. This is not safe to eat if you have Celiac disease. There is still gluten in it!! PSA to anyone who is thinking of going, it is not safe for those with Celiac

They have both gluten free pasta and low gluten pizza! The pizza was delicious, best crust I’ve come across thus far. The owner was diagnosed with celiac and created a crust that she was able to eat.
