Cashier who took my order was knowledgeable about kitchen practices and food options. She Ben pointed out that GF is the same price as all the other food (no up charge for GF!!). GF food is made-to-order and overseen by a single person, then hand delivered. Very reassuring! Trade off is wait time. I waiting 2-3x as long as most other people and my order took about 20-25min. I don’t mind, I’ll wait for safe food - but heads up.
