Celiac Association-certified! Lots of goodies- some baked-that-day fresh stuff, but mainly frozen for take-home… from bread, pizza, samosas, lasagna, cupcakes, cinnamon buns, cake- you name it! Some items are also Keto. I tried their Mixed Vegetable Samosas and Keto Cinnamon Buns, both frozen. Taste in comparison to other places was alright (I liked the Samosas more than the Cinnamon Buns!), so I’d love to try some of their fresh stuff and other frozen items in hopes for a bit better flavour/texture.

Great, Amazing, Outstanding, we have not had anything bad here. Items are all Gluten Free, no chance of Cross. Then there are KETO items that are true KETO with very little Net Carbs and there is also dairy free, honestly, if it didn't say GF I would know. Also the focaccia bread is fantastic!

Dedicated GF bakery. Some items are also keto. Huge selection of frozen products as well as a variety of fresh items. I havw tried the coconut cream pie, cinnamon rolls, muffins, eclairs, bagels samosas and perogies and have enjoyed all of them. Good flavours and textures. Nothing is overly crumbly. Cinnamon rolls need to be warmed up to soften them before eating.

Tried their gluten free carrot cake and it was lovely. My mother is celiac and had no problem with it. We also tried the peach pie which was gluten free and vegan and it was also great.
