The server seemed generally knowledgable about gluten and recommended a vegan lasagna made with sliced vegetables to replace the pasta. The food came out with bread sitting directly on it, however. I asked the server if this was gluten-free bread too, but he said it was simply regular bread.

While many items are listed as gluten-free on the menu, they're almost exclusively desserts. The main items might have gluten-free versions available if you ask.
