I had so much trouble finding gluten free food here in Vigo, especially for breakfast. I found this place and ended up ordering breakfast from it every single day. They did not have gluten free bread, but they had lots of different types of eggs! Every morning I got an omelette with avocado, tomato, and smoked salmon. It was absolutely delicious. I told our waiter (Cristian) in Spanish that the chef would need to change her gloves. He immediately understood, letting me know that she would change gloves so as to avoid contamination. I’m not sure how much experience they have with allergies and celiac, but I was definitely pleased. It seemed like the safest option by far and it was DELICIOUS!
