They offer 1 seating per night for a prix fixe menu, and everything can be made GF. The chef acts as sort of a host and tells you about each meal as it comes out, and assured me that each course (we had 13 total) were GF. Super special experience to not have substitutions and be able to enjoy everything on the menu! Loved it and will definitely be back.
