I’m sure if you go here at the right time it is fine but I called ahead to order gluten free wings and proceeded to hear a woman in the back yell “WE AREN’T DOING GLUTEN FREE WINGS!” I said that I am typically okay with cross contamination and asked if any of the sauces were gluten free and was told that none of the hot sauces were gluten free. Pretty disappointed
Be advised if they are busy the gf fryer may not be available. That being said, they have some gluten free sauces and the wings are delicious!!
They have a dedicated fryer and label everything gf just make sure you tell them when placing the order
Wings are amazing, but only two safe flavors: Frank’s hot, and bourbon bbq
I am very sensitive and didn’t get sick!

They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and seem knowledgeable--however they often get very busy, so be careful and make sure to double check your order.
Was told their bbq sauces are gf and they will do a franks hot sauce on the wings too for gf people. This place was my favorite growing up so excited to have it again. They do not flour the wings and they are fried in a dedicated wing fryer.
