Went for brunch. Very good substitute GF bread to replace toast that comes with a lot of the menu. By co-incidence new employees were being inducted and drilled thoroughly on taking orders with allergens. I ordered something and the chef immediately knew there was gluten in the sauce of the homemade beans, so I had something else. Would help if the menu indicated GF/GFO. I have also on previous visits seen the owner bin a whole breakfast and replace because they accidentally put toast on the plate for someone before serving. Within the constraints of a very small kitchen and small independent venue I think they take allergies seriously. The food incidentally is always amazing.

Very knowledgeable chef/owner who came to the table to explain gluten free options that are suitable for ceoliacs. Lots of the menu can be amended with gf bread.
