I lived in Seattle for more than 11 years before I finally got to eat at Canlis and it was absolutely as good as I expected. I’m kind of picky about meat, so they gave me a GF and vegetarian tasting menu, and my spouse got the “normal” one. You choose 3 of the courses and the other courses are a surprise. Everything was amazing. They even have GF homemade rolls. Canlis is expensive, of course, but totally worth it in my opinion.
