I told my server that I was Celiac and he was fully knowledgable on all of the dishes and how they could be modified to exclude gluten. I ordered the signature Mushroom Soup followed by a beautiful piece of Halibut. The server confirmed that each dish was gluten free as he delivered them.

Food is presented beautifully; service is impeccable and friendly; and the view is wonderful.

Not cheap but a lovely, unhurried meal. Recommended.

Food is amazing and so is the view. They are very aware what's in their food and happy to work with you. They even have Gluten-free corn bread in place of typical bread basket

For a special occasion gourmet meal, Canoe is hard to beat. Upon entering the elegant space, you'll immediately notice the breathtaking view. Watching the sunset as we enjoyed each delectable course of the meal was an amazing sensory experience! Even the gluten-free bread basket was a piece of art.
