You can get GF pancakes and toast, and eggs are cooked on separate griddle and are safe. Bacon is grilled but they do flash fry it in the fryer to order so make sure they don’t put it in fryer. Hashbrowns are also GF I was told. Server was knowledgeable and I heard her tell kitchen staff that my meal was “celiac level” so they would take extra precautions. I had the GF pancake and scrambled eggs and coffee which was all excellent.

I haven’t eaten as much at the other locations in town, but this CRC is wonderful. The GF pancakes are my favorite and I’ve never had an issue after eating here. They have GF bread too, and I’ve had several sandwiches over the years. Servers are pretty knowledgeable and it’s been an easy experience.

We eat at all of the Canopy Road Cafe locations often enough that the staff knows us by now. They do a wonderful job ensuring there is no cross contamination. I would say 9/10 times, we have no issues!
