Ordered pizza for my Celiac daughter. Hubby and I thought we would order the GF pizza just for ourselves… it was that good. Great protocols and our daughter felt fine. No issues.
We recently had a party and ordered 9 pizzas and a tray of fries. All GF. Everyone raved about the pizzas not knowing they were GF. And our celiac family members felt safe! Win win.
I had a great experience the service was amazing. I wish I left a bigger tip. We were in a rush and they made sure to get our food out in time. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no issues. They cook the gf pizza in its own oven, and they gather and prep the food in a separate area. The pizza was amazing, definitely could tell it’s a gf pizza, but it was one of the best gf pizzas I have had. It was a thin crust and the crust didn’t have the gummy or chewy texture that’s a lot of gf pizza has.
Wow. Just wow. (In a good way)
Went in today and asked if GF was actually GF (you guys get it) and YES he said they have a GF crust but if you say celiac they know to avoid cross contact and wash everything. He said you have to expect it will take a little longer so you should know that, but otherwise I felt really safe eating pizza here.
I also tried the fries (dedicated fryer) and they were pretty good. Skip the cheese sauce though— didn’t make me sick just didn’t taste good.
We ate here tonight and it was wonderful! I had pizza and it was delicious. The owner confirmed that they have GF pasta, a separate oven and fryer. He also said that starting next week he will have buns to make all the sandwiches GF. His only request is that we call ahead if we plan on having something fried so he has time to turn on the fryer. I was amazed at how dedicated he was to having a safe and delicious restaurant for people with Celiac!
