got the signature on gf bread and it was great! staff is knowledgeable & told me they use udis brand bread, but no dedicated gf fryer if ordering fried things

The staff was educated about GF options. they have gluten free bread so i got a grilled cheese and it was really good. they also have gluten free smoothie bowls. A lot of options. Just be careful with the fries depending on your sensitivity because everything is fried together!
