Very polite, helpful, and super accommodating when asked about gf options. Noted on order as celiac to instruct for cross contamination prevention. They offered to produce gf sandwiches. Had egg cups with either zucchini or bacon available as gf, which were excellent. Separated gf in the press using wax paper.
