Review of Cantina Gia

They served me gluten free pasta so bad here that I cried. The sauce was basically soup and when I asked about it the server told me it was because I wanted it gluten free, so they couldn’t thicken the sauce. Please do not claim to offer gluten free dishes if you cannot prepare gluten free dishes at the same quality as your other dishes.
