First time here and there were so many marked “GF” options. I have celiacs and informed the waitress of this. She told us the chips were made of corn and fried in a completely separate fryer than everything else. It was nice to have so many options to choose from and feel relaxed while eating it too, as I often worry about cross contamination. I ordered the Mahi-Mahi and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Cantina for anyone, especially those with a GF allergy/intolerance or that have celiac’s.
