Canyon Fountain and Grill

“The Soda Fountain” diner is attached to the general store. General store has good grocery section with plenty of drinks, GF bars, nuts, Jerkey, cheeses, nuts, cups, etc. At the Diner: we asked about a burger (no bun) and fries. They said the burger had no gluten and nothing else was fried with the fries (it’s a very small menu - mainly just burgers & fries). Celiac ordered burger & fries, no bun. However she definitely got glutened and got very sick all day. My husband watched the meal get prepared and cooked. Our guess is that maybe the fries had wheat coating? We’re not sure but there was definitely gluten. (On our 10-day trip this was the only gluten, the other days were all successful and I rated all those restaurants here too.)
