Stopped here on my way out of the park. They offer gluten-free personal pizza crust. I watched him change gloves when I ordered. Same oven but cooked on foil to avoid touching the surface.

Got the chili here - the manager checked it was gluten free and talked to the staff about changing gloves and contamination, even though it was a busy time of day. Much appreciated to have food I could eat safely that was hot and nearby.

We ate breakfast here. My daughter with celiac had a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. They had gluten free bread. It was soft and good. She compared it to our normal bread at home by Bunny, the look and texture. Again the manager taking orders said it will be a freshly cleaned surface and only one person would handle it. He called someone over, explained it to her, and they marked the container as GF. It has been 6 hours, so far no issues.

les sandwichs notés sans gluten ne le sont pas. j'ai été malade, vomissements, nausées... à déconseiller
Yes
Nice place to get a quick lunch. I had a gluten free sandwich which was average, but given the remoteness of the Grand Canyon I can't complain. The only chips they had were sun chips which are not GF (bummer).
They had soft serve ice cream here that was great! They also had GF pizza and GF sandwiches, but we didn't try them.

The village deli at the Market in the Grand Canyon makes nice gluten-free sandwiches. They assumed me that they avoided cross-contamination. They also had a gluten-free chocolate dessert, but I didn't try it. The downside was that the only chip option were Sun chips and they are not gluten-free.
