This place was not what I expected. It is in an office building.

Their clientele seem to be the inhabitants of said office building. There is no real space to eat. A small table pushed against the wall was it. They were about 45 minutes from closing, so they weren't super keen to serve us -- they really just wanted to clean up and go. I ordered the salad with cherries (can't remember the name) -- they were vague about the salad dressing when I started asking questions. Luckily, I tested it with my Nima before putting on the salad -- it came back positive for gluten. It was a fruity vinaigrette, so not sure what was in it. I'm a little tired of dry salads, but better to be safe and well.

Owner is very friendly and explained all the options and how she handles the food. We had the cap city club on a gf wrap and the gf mac and cheese. The coleslaw and pickles were tasty additions. Great little place to stop into!

Great place with a lot of GF options. I have had the buffalo mac and cheese and the parmesan chicken. Both were great. They have GF wraps, crepes, salads, brownies and cookies. Owner is conscious of cross contamination. Prices are very affordable.
