Review of Cap City Fine Diner

I have celiac disease and hardly ever eat out because I am so afraid of getting sick, but my husband and I decided to try Cap City last night. After being assured that there would be no cross contamination by a very knowledgable staff, I found a non-gf noodle hiding under my fish after eating half of my meal. I understand that mistakes happen but this means that there was no protocol being followed at all. This is unacceptable and I don't think that it is a safe place for celiacs if this kind of mistake can happen.
