I love that they took care to tell us that the Alfredo on the GF cheese bread has gluten in it so they made sure to tell us that when ordering in the future, to say “no Alfredo” when we order the GF cheese bread.

— Excellent

I’ve eaten at Capital Pizza many times. The service is great and they try to be very careful for their GF customers. I have eaten their cauliflower crust pizzas and cheese bread with no problems. My granddaughter is not only celiac but also has problems with dairy. Capital Pizza was able to accommodate her with a goat cheese pizza. Excellent restaurant. I can recommend it.

Offers Gluten Free! It was great! The waitress asked if we had an allergy, we said yes and she said she would alert the kitchen to be safe. Yes of course there could be cross contamination, but she informed the kitchen and confirmed that she did do so. Not everyone does this! Really great! Really great service!

Wonderful experience! We eat here all the time. Ive never been sick. I get the cauliflower cheese sticks and vegetable cauliflower pizza. I love that they have GF beer too One of my favorites!

Soooo delicious, but definitely got glutened. The server said that they do their best to avoid cross-contamination, but the odds were clearly not in my favor 😫

The gluten free pizza was very good. I have celiac disease and did not get sick.

The gluten free crust is very good as was the salad. They also have 2 gf beer options.
