Review of Capitol Pancake House

My family went here both Saturday and Sunday for breakfast while on vacation.

Saturday was a great experience! Server on top of things, delicious food for everyone.

Sunday was an epic disaster: waited half an hour for a table, an hour for food, saw the server who's name tag says she was a manager a handful of times the entire meal. We should have gotten up and left. I spent the afternoon and my drive back home to Wilmington DE sick and uncomfortable because the food we waited forever for was contaminated.

Moral: if you have to wait, leave. When they fall behind and the kitchen ends up in the weeds it all goes downhill.
