Review of Capitol Reef Inn & Cafe

Asked them if they can accommodate gluten free for someone with celiac and they said yes. My wife and I had gluten free Nachos and a burger (no bun) with fries. They advised me the fryer is not dedicated and the fries did not affect me. Having said that, everyone is responsible to make that decision for themselves. Both meals were delicious! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
