Review of Capitol Restaurant and Cocktail Bar

Wonderful meal and service at Capitol. It was Thursday Mexican night when the entire menu is authentic Mexican. Very fresh, delicious, and flavourful. These were some of the best corn tortillas I’ve ever had. They make them in house. They were soft and pliable and didn’t fall apart when you pick up your taco. The waiter was very knowledgeable and while many dishes were already gluten free, he said they could modify most of the dishes on the menu to serve GF. Fantastic margarita too. Great experience all around. Strongly recommend.
