The people there are really rude and the food is bad
Gluten free panini and pasta options. Will custom make ANY order to cater to your dietary needs. The owner has a passion for food and is EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE with his menu. Not everything is gluten free, but he is very aware of peoples intolerances to it, so tries to keep as many things available to them as possible.
My wife is gluten and grain free and ALWAYS has choices available to her.
Horrible!!!! I have tried this place 4 times and all four times they glutened us on top of horrible service. When we ordered the gf ravioli and it arrived (delivery), there were zero ravioli, and just a bunch of cheese and sauce. The man was horrible rude when I called and told me they get it pre-made and then microwave it and they aren’t responsible for it then. He also refused to replace it or refund me! Told me I would have to pay for another order! Another time, gluten spaghetti was in our penne. Horrible all around.

The food is delicious! The gluten free is great, not like flat white bread sometimes served. The owner is so friendly and very knowledgeable. For the most part they are celiac friendly. I spoke with him about it except for the fries. The seafood soup is sometimes made in the pot that may have housed gluten but all other pots and pans are gluten free only. Some good is not cut before served to take caution about cross contamination. I highly recommend it. Small seating area but they take reservations. He does his best to make there gluten free options affordable. Definitely try it!! I love the paninis!
This place was PHENOMENAL! Gluten free menu on the back of the regular menu. The owner was knowledgeable about Celiac and went out of his way for me! Would recommend to everyone! I told the waitress about my other allergies and the owner came to discuss them with me to make sure I had a good meal!
Capo’s has the best GF food around. Very knowledgeable staff and great that they have bread for appetizer. Highly recommend!
